My Journey with a Personal Trainer: One Month of Sweat and Growth

Hey there, fitness fam! It’s been one heck of a month since I started working with a personal trainer at Fit Results, and let me tell you, the journey has been nothing short of transformative.

From day one, I knew I was in for something special. Walking into Fit Results, I was greeted by a team of passionate coaches ready to help me crush my fitness goals. And crush them we did!

Let’s rewind a bit to day one. I’ll admit, I was a bit nervous. I’ve read other accounts of working with a personal trainer for a month but didn’t really know what I was getting myself into. I mean, it’s been a minute since I’ve really hit the gym, and the thought of weight training was a little intimidating. But as soon as I met my trainer, Coach Boun, and got started, those nerves melted away.

Three times a week, I hit the gym for high-intensity classes and one-on-one sessions with Coach Boun. And let me tell you, each workout pushed me to my limits in the best possible way.

But it wasn’t just about the workouts. My trainer also helped me dial in my nutrition and lifestyle habits. From swapping out carbs for protein to making sure I was getting enough water and sleep each day, I felt supported every step of the way.

And let’s talk about the gains! In just one month, I’ve seen incredible progress. With my personal trainer, at the end of the month I was doing squats with a 30 lb kettlebell, did pull ups with the help of resistance bands, hip thrusted 90 lbs with 16 reps three times and did leg extensions with 55 pounds 20 per round. I only made it 30 seconds instead of a minute doing wall squats with 15 pound kettlebells. Overall, I’m lifting heavier, and feeling stronger than ever before. But more than that, I’m feeling more confident and empowered in every aspect of my life.

Sure, there were tough days. Days when I wanted to throw in the towel and call it quits. But with the support of my trainer and the Fit Results community, I pushed through. And let me tell you, it was worth it.
