🌵 Road Trip Alert! From Phoenix to Vegas via Sedona and the Grand Canyon 🚗💨

Hey there, adventure seekers! Looking for the ultimate road trip itinerary through the stunning landscapes of Arizona and beyond? Look no further! Buckle up and join us on a journey from Phoenix/Scottsdale to Vegas, filled with breathtaking sights, delicious food, and unforgettable experiences.

First stop: The Camby Hotel in Phoenix. Take an early morning flight, stop into Scottsdale for brunch at Olive & Ivy and take in the endless bachelorette parties around you. Then walk downtown Scottsdale, stopping into all of the shops or find your next drink. Then drive through town and over to Phoenix. After a quick trip, unwind in style at The Camby in Phoenix, which offers free welcome drinks before heading out across the street to a beautiful outdoor shopping mall with restaurants like Blanco for a mouthwatering Mexican feast. From tacos to tequila, Blanco’s menu is sure to satisfy your cravings for authentic Mexican cuisine. Their free chips and salsa is amazing. And when we were there, there was a group of kids in prom dresses – adorable.

Next up: Sedona. Known for its stunning red rock formations and spiritual energy, Sedona is a must-visit destination on any Arizona road trip. Take in the awe-inspiring views on a Pink Jeep Tour, where expert guides will lead you through rugged terrain and hidden gems, showcasing the natural beauty of this desert oasis. You only need a day to hike 4 miles and do a 2.5 hour Pink Jeep tour. Make sure to leave before sunset to take in a gorgeous, quick road trip to your next stop.

After a day of exploration, head north to Flagstaff for a night at the Aiden by Best Western. Perched on a hilltop, this charming hotel boasts panoramic views of the majestic San Francisco Peaks and the sprawling Coconino National Forest. Relax and recharge in your cozy room, surrounded by the largest stand of Ponderosa Pine trees in the world. We took one of the best showers after a long day of what felt like camping in Sedona.

Last but certainly not least: the Grand Canyon. No road trip through Arizona would be complete without a visit to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. Marvel at the awe-inspiring beauty of the Grand Canyon as you stand on the edge of the rim, taking in panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. This is more of a drive thru experience. The Grand Canyon has a bunch of scenic view points, and some hiking. It’s quite the experience driving up to it. You’ll feel like you’re on Mars with all of the red earth.

Finally, make your way to Vegas, with winding roads for a little lass than 4 hours. The drive was quite beautiful and you’ll pass the Hoover Dam. Las Vegas is the perfect ending to an epic road trip through the American Southwest with relaxing pools, the walkable strip, delicious food and unforgettable shows. We stayed at The Cosmopolitan and relaxed on the balcony with a bottle of Bonanza Cabernet Sauvignon, which I discovered in Phoenix.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your keys, pack your bags, and hit the open road for the adventure of a lifetime. From the vibrant streets of Scottsdale to the rugged beauty of the Grand Canyon, this road trip has it all. We did a total of 597 unforgettable miles. Let’s make some memories! 🌟🚙✨
